What a Copyright Notice Must Include
A notice needs the following information so we can identify the material and act on it:

The copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

The exact address (URL) of each page or file on our site that contains the material.

Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.

A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
What Happens After a Notice Arrives
We review each complete notice and remove or disable access to the material it identifies when the notice is valid. We reply to the email address in the notice. Incomplete notices receive a reply that lists the missing information.
False or Mistaken Notices
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can expose the sender to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f). If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, seek legal advice before sending a notice.
